Department of Mathematics
Is the oldest of sciences, the mathematics department aims to motivate the students to get fine mathematical knowledge which is the base of their engineering studies.
Its branches, pure mathematics, applied mathematics and probability and statistics which covers the area which ranges from the study of abstract structures to basic concepts in the developing field of engineering and technology. Thus the Department of Mathematics coordinates effectively with other Departments in fulfilling the mission of the college.
Department of English
The department aims at developing the communication skills of the students with a strong emphasis on the spoken form to enable them to face interviews with confidence.
Apart from the curriculum, business English courses conducted to enrich the student’s communication skills in collaboration with British council. It is a high level language learning exhibited to develop four skills namely Reading, Listening, Speaking and Writing.
Language Lab
Students aspiring for a career in engineering and technology need to have mastery over the basic language skills. So an interactive lab facility has been provided for the students. The lab has 30 systems plus 1 server for the teacher. This lab is very helpful for the teachers to help the students in developing their soft skills. It helps students to face interview successfully.
Department of Sciences
Department of science gives the combination of Physics and Chemistry. Both Physics and Chemistry has made greater contributions to our quality of life than any other sciences. The needs of the curriculum and syllabi are fulfilled by the
Well- established laboratories. The department has spacious lab equipped with high quality instruments which undertakes many testing works
Department of Basic Engineering
Drawing is one of the best methods to express ones thoughts and ideas. Engineering practices lab is thus to provide the basic knowledge and practice in various fields like civil, mechanical, electrical and electronics.
Department Library
Our department library contains various authors’ books of each and every subject such as, Mathematics, English, Physics, Chemistry, Engineering Graphics, etc. in connection with our main library.

Ms.K.Priyanka (I-CSE) and Ms.N.Selvakumari (I-IT) who won prizes in poetry competition conducted by Anuragam at Chennai.
